Natural source of light:
A light produced naturally without any involvement of humans is known as natural source of light. Examples: The Sun and stars.
Artificial source of light:
Any light source that is not occurring naturally is known as artificial source of light. Examples: Torch, Bulb and Lamp.
Steel, wood and rock.
A shadow is formed on the side of an opaque object where light cannot reach.
Materials through which only a little light can pass are called translucent materials.

Tissue paper
Butter paper
Materials which allow all the light to pass through them are called transparent objects.
The Sun, stars. Firefly, flame and fire are luminous objects.
They are different because they produce their own light and are natural sources of light.
